Visa letters of invitation can be issued only to attendees who have registered for the conference and have paid for their registration in full. This is an IEEE Policy, and there are no exceptions.
Once you have registered via the conference Registration site and your payment has been confirmed, contact Will Snipes w.b.snipes@ieee.org to receive a letter of invitation.
The Conference cannot contact or intervene with any Embassy or Consulate office abroad on your behalf, so please register early and begin your visa application process early.
If your visa request is declined or does not come through in time, you may cancel your ICSME registration up until September 20th. There will be a cancellation fee of $50. Unfortunately, we need to charge this to cover the costs we incur from the registration company for your registration and subsequent cancellation.
