For Authors
- Each accepted paper must have at least one author registered at an IEEE Member or Non-Member rate. Papers for which the only registered authors are students must have one of the students register at the full (i.e., non-student) rate. Note that this policy does not apply to papers in the Doctoral Symposium.
- One author registration is enough, even if presenting several, co-authored papers.
- The ICSME author registration deadline is July 31st.
What is included?
ICSME 2019 registration includes:
- ICSME attendance
- Lunch and coffee breaks on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday
- ICSME Reception on Wednesday
- ICSME Banquet on Thursday
- ICSME Proceedings
ICSME Doctoral Symposium (Authors of Accepted Submissions Only) includes:
- Doctoral Symposium attendance
- Lunch and coffee breaks on Tuesday
- Doctoral Symposium Dinner (attendees and hosts only)
SCAM 2019 registration includes:
- SCAM attendance
- Lunch and coffee breaks on Monday and Tuesday
- SCAM dinner on Monday
- Joint SCAM and VISSOFT event
- SCAM proceedings
VISSOFT 2019 registration includes:
- VISSOFT attendance
- Lunch and coffee breaks on Monday and Tuesday
- Joint SCAM and VISSOFT event
- VISSOFT dinner on Monday
- VISSOFT proceedings
SCAM+VISSOFT 2019 registration:
- Registration for SCAM'19 or VISSOFT'19 allows you to attend both conference sessions
- You do not need to register for both SCAM and VISSOFT unless you have a paper in both
Invitation letter for visa
- Register for the conference. Payment must be received before an invitation letter can be issued
- Contact Will Snipes w.b.snipes@ieee.org to request a letter
Students
Student registrants may be asked to verify their student status. Verification documents may be a copy of your university fees pay-slip, letter from your thesis supervisor, departmental or institutional director, or dean of faculty.
Payment Information
Payment can be made by credit card or wire transfer.
Refund Policy
- Refunds will only be given due to special circumstances
- A $50 processing fee will be deducted for each refund
- No refunds will be given after September 6, 2019
Other Conditions
All registrations must be accompanied by payment. Registration will not be effective until the payment is confirmed. We cannot ensure welcome package (i.e., conference bag and souvenir) for registrations after July 31st.
